Ulcinj's best-known restaurant — fishermen supply the kitchen direct, the terrace sits above Mala plaža with the Old Town in view. The classic spot for a seafood dinner or a black-ink risotto.

A central seafood spot with the freshest fish in Ulcinj — sea bream, sea bass, grilled lobster. Priced by the kilo, you pick your fish from the display. Mostly local crowd, not really a tourist scene.

Inside the Old Town, with a stone terrace hanging over the sea — the menu blends Montenegrin, Albanian and Turkish traditions. Tava, brudet, japrak, baklava. The only restaurant with a real view from the ramparts.

A family-run konoba in Šas next to Lake Šas — fish straight from the lake (perch, pike), home-raised lamb, almost everything from the family's own land. Prices 30% lower than in the centre of town.

A Bojana classic — wooden platforms above the river, your fish on the grill while the kids jump in the water. Mullet, Bojana eel, mussels. The atmosphere is one of a kind, especially around sunset.

Best pizza in Ulcinj — wood-fired oven, Italian flour, classic Neapolitan combinations. A no-frills family pizzeria in the centre; expect a queue around 9pm in summer.

An Italian-Adriatic crossover on the Bojana — seafood pasta, a prosecco lounge, a wooden terrace above the river. Younger crowd than the traditional konobas next door.
